Delete your data and recordings in azizan

azizan has no accounts, passwords or phone numbers. Everything that reaches us from your phone belongs to your family's shelf: the recordings family members made for the child, and a few small details next to them. This page explains how to delete all of it.
In the app
- Open azizan and go to Settings («تنظیمات»).
- At the bottom, under «حذفِ همهچیز» (Delete everything), tap Delete all recordings and data («حذفِ همهی ضبطها و اطلاعات»).
- Tap Yes, delete («بله، پاک کن»).
Only the person who added the child to the app sees this button. The shelf is shared by the whole family, so an invited guest cannot wipe it for everyone.
What is deleted
First from our server, right away:
- every video recorded for this family, by every reader
- the voice messages the child sent back to readers
- the shelf index: readers' names and relationships, story names and recording times
- readers' photos, the list of who joined the family, and the co-parent link
- which stories were watched, and stickers
- notification subscriptions
Then from this phone:
- the saved copies of the videos
- the children's names, ages and photos, your photo, and all settings
Deletion is real deletion: the video file is removed from storage, not just hidden. We keep no backup copies of recordings, so this cannot be undone.
If other family members have the app on their own phones, the copy on their phone goes away when they remove the app from that phone.
How long it takes
In the app: immediately, usually a few seconds. If you are offline nothing is deleted, and the app asks you to try again.
By email: within 30 days, and we confirm by email when it is done.
If you don't have the app
If you removed the app, changed phones, or want one specific recording deleted, write to myawsomeapplications@gmail.com
Include one of your family's invite links, one you sent or one you received. The family code is inside that link; without it we cannot find the shelf.
If you left your email on our website to hear about the launch, say so in the same message and we will delete it too.
